Reformer Pilates

A little focus, a little challenge, and time to connect with how you move.

Our mixed-ability Reformer Pilates classes use a spring-based machine to build strength, improve mobility and explore controlled, purposeful movement.

Expect a combination of exercises lying down, seated, kneeling and standing, with the carriage, straps and footbar supporting or challenging you in different ways. The springs provide adjustable resistance, so you’ll have options to suit your experience and how you feel that day.

Your teacher will guide you through the equipment, explain each movement and help you find an appropriate level of challenge. You’ll work across the whole body, with attention to breathing, alignment and control. Small adjustments can make familiar movements feel surprisingly demanding.

You don’t need previous Pilates experience to join.  Our classes welcome beginners alongside those who know their way around a reformer, with adaptations and progressions offered throughout. Expect thoughtful guidance, a welcoming atmosphere and a class that asks you to move with intention.

Come as you are. We’ll help you find your feet - and your springs.

Yoga

Our yoga classes offer different ways to move, breathe and make space for yourself.

Whether you’re looking for a stronger physical practice, a quieter moment in your week or connection with other new parents, there’s a class for you.

Wendy’s Midweek Mellow brings together meditation and gentle somatic work: slow, exploratory movement guided by how your body feels. Expect an unhurried pace, attention to sensation and breathing, and time to settle. You’ll be encouraged to move comfortably and notice what you need that day.

Our Vinyasa Flow classes connect movement with breath, moving through sequences that develop strength, balance and mobility. Expect a more active practice, with options to adapt poses and build confidence as you go.

Evie’s Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga offers a welcoming space to reconnect with movement after birth, with your baby alongside you. There’s room for feeding, comforting and pauses, as well as opportunities to meet other parents navigating a similar chapter.

Across our yoga programme, you don’t need to arrive flexible or know every pose. Our teachers will guide you with care and help you find a practice that suits your experience.

Some days, move with energy. Others, take it slowly.

Strength

Our strength classes with Grace are about building confidence as well as muscle.

They give you a welcoming place to learn, practise and challenge yourself, with guidance that makes strength training feel approachable.

Expect exercises that work the whole body through movements such as squatting, hinging, pushing and pulling. Classes focus on controlled repetitions, good technique and choosing a level of resistance that suits you. Grace will explain each exercise, help with your positioning and offer alternatives where needed.

You don’t need to have lifted weights before. If you’re new to strength training, you’ll have support to understand the movements and build a foundation. If you’re more experienced, you can work at a level that gives you a meaningful challenge.

The aim is steady progress: moving with greater control, feeling more capable and gradually building strength over time. You’ll have space to ask questions, take a breather and get comfortable with exercises that might initially feel unfamiliar.

Expect effort, encouragement and a shared sense of achievement. Some days you’ll feel ready to push; others, showing up and moving will be enough.

Wherever you begin, Grace will help you take the next step. There’s room to get stronger here.

Mat Pilates

Our mat classes bring together two approaches to Pilates: Classic and Sculpt. Both centre on thoughtful movement, good technique and building strength you can carry into everyday life.

Classic Mat Pilates focuses on the foundations: breathing, alignment, control and the relationship between your core and the rest of your body. Expect carefully guided exercises that develop strength, stability and mobility, with time to understand how each movement should feel.

Sculpt brings a more energetic approach, combining Pilates-inspired movements with repeated sequences and sustained muscular work. Expect a little more pace and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself, while keeping control and technique at the heart of the class.

Across both styles, you’ll move through a combination of floor-based exercises and different positions, working the whole body.  Your teacher will offer options to make movements more accessible or more demanding, so you can choose what works for you.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or already feel strong to begin. Whether you’re discovering Pilates or returning to a familiar practice, there’s room to learn and progress here.

Choose Classic for a focus on the foundations, or Sculpt when you fancy a more dynamic session.

Barre

Inspired by ballet, Pilates and strength training, Barre brings together controlled movements, balance work and plenty of repetition. You don’t need a dance background—or any sense of rhythm—to feel at home here.

Expect a combination of standing exercises at the barre and work away from it, with small pulses, deliberate holds and movements that challenge your muscles through different ranges. The barre gives you support as you explore your posture, stability and control.

Classes work across the whole body, with particular attention to the legs, glutes and core. Some movements will look small, but sustained effort can make them feel surprisingly challenging. Your teacher will guide your positioning and offer adjustments, helping you find a level that feels right for you.

Barre is generally low impact, with plenty of opportunity to build strength without jumping. Low impact can still mean hard work, so expect moments of effort alongside space to reset and breathe.

Our approach is welcoming and encouraging. You can take breaks, reduce a movement or choose a progression as your confidence grows.

Come for a focused, energising class and the satisfaction of getting through those final few repetitions together. No pointed toes required.
